Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on Allure Nails was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include:

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Allure Nails will forward it to the party who submitted the original claim of infringement. If the original claimant does not file a court action seeking an order to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in the infringing activity within ten business days of receiving the counter-notification, Allure Nails may, at its discretion, restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it.
Repeat Infringers
Allure Nails reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers of copyright. If a user repeatedly submits or posts infringing material, Allure Nails may, at its sole discretion, terminate their access to our website and services.
Modifications
